Join us for a workshop specially designed for Level 1 students!

Rachel Mathenia is a devoted student of Iyengar yoga with decades of experience teaching. Rachel is a long time student of Manouso Manos and Jan Campbell. She is well versed in the therapeutic application of yoga and brings her joy and enthusiasm to class. This is a great workshop for our seasoned Level 1 students
