Intermediate/ Advanced Workshop Nov. 6-8 2026
Aretha has spent the last three decades as a devoted student of the Iyengar method, traveling to India numerous times to study with the Iyengar family along with years of study with her mentor Patricia Walden and other senior teachers. All proceeds from our workshop go towards our annual property tax bill. We thank you for your support!
Experience in the Iyengar method with a Level 2 class minimum is requested for attendance. We hope this workshop will be a gateway towards deepening your practice and also supporting our center.
